Ocean Action Plan RFI Survey
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and Department of State co-led the development and implementation of the New York State Ocean Action Plan (OAP), initially developed as a 10-year plan (2017 – 2027). The State is launching a new planning process to assess progress to date and identify future actions and priorities to inform the next 10-year planning horizon. Please complete the survey to help NYS assess the OAP Actions and provide direction on the next OAP’s funding, research, management, and outreach efforts. The survey will close after July 31, 2026.
